Initial Consultation (Free) We’ll spend up to an hour getting to know each other. I’ll ask what’s been going on for you, what your anxiety looks and feels like, and what you’d like life to feel like when things improve. There’s no obligation to book further sessions — it’s simply a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
Ongoing Sessions Sessions typically last around an hour and combine relaxed conversation with hypnosis. You’ll always feel safe, calm and fully in control. Many clients notice a positive shift in how they’re feeling within just a few sessions.
Results Most people find that solution focused hypnotherapy produces results more quickly than traditional counselling or psychotherapy. Because we’re working at a subconscious level, change can happen faster than you might expect.
